This Privacy Policy applies to the Thai Rizz mobile application (“Application”, “Thai Rizz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provided by Thai Rizz (“Service Provider”).
Thai Rizz is a social and dating application that allows users to discover and connect with other users, use location-based discovery features, and interact with participating clubs and venues.
By using Thai Rizz, you acknowledge the collection, use, and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use Thai Rizz, we may collect the following information.
Information You Provide
- Name: Your name or display name.
- Username: The username associated with your account.

- automatically updating an active club or venue presence status when you leave the relevant location.

We may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- device type;
- operating system and version;
- application version;
- device identifiers;
- mobile network information;
- IP address;
- crash and diagnostic information;

This information may be used to operate, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve Thai Rizz.

When you:
- create or update an account;

- check in at a club or venue;

Certain technical, diagnostic, and usage information may be collected automatically when you interact with the Application.
Through Device Permissions
Some functionality requires access to device features such as location.
Where required by your device operating system, Thai Rizz will request your permission before accessing this information.
You can manage device permissions through your device settings.

We may use information collected through Thai Rizz to:
- create and maintain your account;
- provide dating, discovery, and social features;
- recommend potentially relevant users;
- provide nearby-user functionality;
- calculate approximate distances;
- provide club and venue functionality;
- manage club and venue check-ins;
- maintain accurate presence or check-in information;
- personalize your experience;
- provide customer support;
- send important account and service notifications;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;

- monitor Application reliability and performance;
- improve Thai Rizz and develop new functionality; and

4. Geolocation Data Usage
Thai Rizz uses device location to provide location-based features such as nearby discovery, approximate distance calculations, local content, and club or venue check-ins.
Collection of Geolocation Data
With your permission, Thai Rizz may access precise or approximate location information from your device.
Depending on the feature being used and the permissions you grant, location access may continue while an applicable location-based feature is active, including when the Application is minimized or not actively visible.
Thai Rizz does not access location without the permissions required by your device operating system.
Club Check-In and Location Monitoring
Thai Rizz allows users to check in at participating clubs or venues.
When you choose to start a club or venue check-in, Thai Rizz may use your device’s location during the active check-in session to determine whether you remain within the relevant venue area.
Location monitoring may continue while the Application is minimized, running in the background, or while the device screen is locked when this is necessary to maintain the active check-in functionality and permitted by your device settings.
If Thai Rizz determines that you have left the relevant club or venue area, your active check-in or presence status may be automatically updated or ended.
This helps prevent other users from seeing outdated information indicating that you are still present at a club or venue after you have left.
Location monitoring associated with an active club or venue check-in begins in connection with the user-initiated check-in or location feature and is limited to the period necessary to provide that functionality.
The location monitoring associated with the check-in ends when the applicable check-in session ends or when location monitoring is otherwise no longer required for that feature.
Other Location-Based Features
Thai Rizz may also use your location to:
- provide “Search Near Me” or similar nearby discovery features;
- show users or venues near your location;
- calculate approximate distances between users;
- provide locally relevant content; and
- support other location-based features you choose to use.
Sharing of Location-Derived Information With Other Users
When you use location-based features, other Thai Rizz users may receive information derived from your location.
Depending on the feature, this may include information such as:
- your presence or check-in at a particular club or venue;
- whether you are nearby; or
- an approximate distance between users.
Thai Rizz does not display your precise device GPS coordinates to other users unless a specific feature explicitly requires such sharing and you are appropriately informed.
Sharing of Precise Location With Third Parties
We do not sell your precise geolocation information.
We do not share your precise geolocation information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.
Service providers that process information on our behalf may process information only as necessary to provide their services to Thai Rizz and subject to applicable contractual, security, and privacy requirements.
Location Data Retention
Location information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the applicable location-based functionality;
- operate and secure the Application;
- investigate abuse or security incidents;
- comply with applicable legal requirements; or
- fulfill other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
Managing Location Permissions
You can control Thai Rizz’s access to your location through your device’s privacy and location settings.
Disabling location access may prevent certain features from functioning correctly, including:
- nearby-user discovery;
- distance calculations;
- nearby clubs or venues; and
- location-dependent club check-in functionality.

Thai Rizz may use third-party service providers to help operate, analyze, secure, and improve the Application.
These services may include:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
These providers may process certain device, usage, diagnostic, or other information according to their respective privacy policies and the configuration used by Thai Rizz.
Thai Rizz may also disclose information:
- when required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
- when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or security of Thai Rizz;
- when necessary to protect users or other individuals;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our policies; or
- to service providers working on our behalf who are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
6. Analytics and Application Improvement
Thai Rizz may use aggregated, anonymized, or appropriately protected usage information to understand how users interact with the Application and to improve functionality, reliability, security, and performance.
Where location-derived information is used for analytics, we seek to limit its use to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
Thai Rizz does not request location permissions solely for advertising or analytics purposes.
7. Payment Processing and Auto-Renewal
When you purchase subscriptions or other paid services, payments are processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Thai Rizz does not directly store your complete payment-card information when purchases are processed through these platforms.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the terms presented at the time of purchase and the rules of the applicable platform.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account settings of the platform through which you purchased it.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is subject to the applicable platform’s policies and applicable law.

Thai Rizz uses reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Information transmitted between the Application and our services is protected using appropriate encryption technologies where applicable.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- maintaining your account;
- providing Thai Rizz services;
- maintaining security;
- resolving disputes;
- preventing fraud and abuse;
- complying with legal obligations; and

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

- cancel subscriptions through the applicable app marketplace; and
- stop further collection through the Application by deleting your account, where available, and/or uninstalling the Application.
Uninstalling the Application prevents future information collection from that installation but does not automatically delete information already associated with your account.

11. Children and Age Restrictions
Thai Rizz is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to create or use Thai Rizz accounts.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 18 in violation of our age requirements, we will take reasonable steps to remove the account and associated information as appropriate.
